We Remember Contest

We Remember: Student Reflections on the Holocaust

“Tell your children of it

And let your children tell their children,

And their children another generation.”

–Joel 1:3

Temple Shaaray Tefila’s Holocaust Remembrance Committee is pleased to announce the first annual “We Remember” contest results.  Students in 7th-12th grader were invited to submit an original reflection in the form of an essay, poetry, video, or other artistic medium on the topic of the Holocaust’s meaning for us and for our society.  With pride we acknowledge all participating students and invite you to read their powerful reflections.
