Youth Programs/Experiential Education
The Youth Programs at Shaaray Tefila can be summed up by one word, Experiential. We believe that when children and teens experience their Judaism out in the real world, it makes for a lasting and significant impact. For example, we can learn everything there is to know about poverty and what Jewish tradition teaches us about how to treat those living in poverty. However, building someone a dignified home, having a conversation with a homeless woman, or any situation where we can translate our learning into action helps our students to create a Living Judaism.
