Online Marketing and Operations Manager - Major media company is focusing its acquisition efforts on great online marketing strategy/solid analytics/paid search/optimizing open rates. We're looking for some brilliant minds to join us. Must have significant experience utilizing Google Analytics to evaluate marketing strategies and fine tune campaigns, in addition to a proven track record for optimizing ROI, evaluating list plans and growing a subscriber base through online channels.
Benefits and Compensation Analyst - For privately held, 3,000 employee company. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous experience building models to predict benefits trends and analyze utiliation rates, who can perform variance analyses and proactively make recommendations for evaluating provider service agreements and support levels. Must be extremely proficient in EXCEL including pivot tables and macros. Peoplesoft and Admarc experience a big plus.

- On June 1st, UJA-Federation of New York's Connect to Care at WJCS opened the Connect to Care Economic Response Center, providing professional assistance aimed at helping people navigate services and develop positive alternatives. Drawing on the expertise of many NY Jewish organizations, the center (off Rte. 120 near Westchester Airport) will offer guidance on career, employment, legal and personal issues for individuals affected by economic or career dislocation.
